About The Event
All Deacons (active and inactive) and their spouses are invited to attend our 2022 Deacon Retreat. We’ll go to Camp Stillwater in Eastman. We’ll leave FBC at 8 am and return at 4 pm. Lunch will be BBQ from Shug’s in Eastman!
We will study "Gospel Eldership: Equipping a New Generation of Servant Leaders" by Robert H. Thune. Everyone is strongly encouraged to read the book before you go. If you need a copy, see Pastor Randy.
Our last retreat was a great experience for everyone. We’re looking forward to another most excellent time of learning and fellowship, food and fun.
